New diet plan

For the last 3 years I have either been pregnant or nursing and have been able to eat whatever I want and still stay thin. I have become really addicted to sugar and have formed bad eating habits. It is finally starting to catch up with me:( I am slowly but surely gaining weight and it has got to stop. I have been telling myself for the last month that I was going to change, but I just keep putting it off until tomorrow.

Not this time! I am on day three of no sugar and very low carbs. I haven't missed a day of working out and I feel great. I am a little irritable at times, but I know that will pass. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers! Ha Ha:)

You have such will power, good for you!!!! you have always looked great as long as I've known you, so I don't know what you are talking about. I don't think you could gain weight if you tried. I remember your little six-pack in our dancing days. JEALOUS!!

Cassie!!!! I'm glad you have a blog too. Good job for stickin with your diet! I need to start a diet too cause I gotta get in shape for this summer! Dinner was fun on Friday night. We need to get together more often!

Your so good..I need to go on the no sugar diet. Being in school i have the worst eating habits and I can defeinitly see the consequences. I don't think you need to worry about a diet, you always look great! I want your toned arms. You always look so in shape! But good luck..those low carb diets are so hard but are worth it. I miss ya, we haven't seen you guys forever. Your little girls are so cute. I got a kick out of what their favorite things are..I was laughing when I read that hallie has an obsession cleaning out her toes. Kids are so funny! Hope all is well with you! Love ya.

Cassie...way to go! After baby #3 I too have started no sugars and working out. Except weekends, they're my free day 's'....:) Tell me your favorite snack! Mine is yogurt, frozen berries, and kashi cereal. I also enjoy pineapple and cottage cheese. I wasn't able to eat cottage cheese until after my 3rd. Weird huh... keep up the good work. ash
